  • New Providence, New Jersey, USA

Understand your panels through analyzing data for panel & panelist performance patterns and develop reporting tools for both panel and clients

Course Description

Trained panels are a robust tool to gather objective data on products. Similar to an analytical tool, monitoring performance is critical to maintain the credibility, reliability, and merit of any trained panel.

Review options for using statistical and visual techniques to monitor the performance of panels and panelists for agreement, discriminability, and consistency. Areas addressed include providing both routine and advanced feedback to panels, identification of improvement areas for panelists, use of known samples for tracking, determining validation of panels and panelists, and selecting the right information to share with clients utilizing the panel. Real-life examples aid in understanding the tools and rationales.
