EuroSense 2016 - Seventh European Conference on Sensory and Consumer Research

The EuroSense series of conferences regularly brings together 600 international delegates involved in sensory and consumer research both in academia and industry. It is a unique opportunity to discover the latest innovations in this field and make new contacts.

Leading international experts will give keynote lectures supplemented by workshops, an extensive contributed programme featuring the latest research, large poster sessions and  optional tutorials on sensometrics.

This comprehensive programme covers all fundamentals of sensory science, food choice and consumer behaviour and includes sessions on advances tools and methods including sensometrics, modelling and big data from sensory evaluation.  Additional topics include sensory-driven product design and drivers for health and wellbeing.
